Teresa W. Dean, age 74, of Stoughton, formerly of Middleborough, died unexpectedly on Friday, October 17, 2025, at her home.
Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Robert & Helen (Travers) Dean. Teresa grew up and attended schools in Stoughton. For many years, she worked at Marshalls retail store as a cashier and stock associate, a job she enjoyed very much. In her free time, Teresa loved to shop, travel and dine out. She liked to cook, bake and had a "green thumb" with flowers. Teresa loved her faithful companion dog, Jerry; she adored him.
Teresa was the loving mother of Richard Dean & his wife Maureen of Middleborough and the late Bryan Dean-Enos; cherished grandmother of Craig & his wife Melanie, Richard, Alexandria and Victoria; great-grandmother of Bailey and Dakota; dear sister of Sandy Steinberg of Middleborough, Barbara Angelos of East Falmouth, Doris Horton of Middleborough, Robyn Nardozzi of Florida, Mary Helen Thompson of Florida, Debbie Chadwick of Florida and the late Marjorie Macdonald, Robert Dean and James Dean. Teresa is also survived by her caring and devoted personal assistant, Nadalee Angelos, and many dear nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
