Susan Donehoo

OBITUARY: (MIDDLEBORO) Susan B. (Dixon) Donehoo, of Hull, passed away on September 9, 2017. Susan grew up in Hull, MA and spent her married life in Marshfield, MA. After the passing of her eldest child, Bobby, she relocated to Texas before eventually returning to the South Shore in 1996. She was a lover of gardening, an unbeatable card game opponent, enthusiast of letter writing, inexhaustible reader and animal protector. Some may remember her for her unpolished sense of humor or never-ending idiom use. Susan suffered a severe stroke in 2015 which left her slightly impaired and required her to eventually be relocated to a nursing facility. She is survived by her children, Yvonne and Marlana; grandchildren, Sarah and Megan. As requested by Sue; there will not be a funeral as her ashes will be scattered in a private family ceremony.
