Shannon Montuori Obituary

Shannon (Scalata) Montuori, age 44, of Middleborough, died on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born in South Weymouth, Shannon grew up in Middleborough, attended public schools, and graduated from Coyle & Cassidy High School in Taunton. For several years, Shannon worked at the Morton Hospital in Taunton in the Security & Public Safety Department. She enjoyed cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family and very large group of close friends. Shannon was a caring, kind and loving person; she will be sorely missed by many. Shannon was the beloved wife of Matthew Montuori; loving mother of Caleb, Jacob and Bryce Montuori all of Middleborough; cherished daughter of Cynthia Scalata of Middleborough and Mark Scalata of Bridgewater; adored sister of Joel Scalata & his wife Kristen of Middleborough; adored niece of Brian Scalata & his wife Tracey of Carver. Shannon is also survived by many loving extended family members and a large group of close friends. All services are private.
