Sean B. Moore

Sean B. Moore, age 54, of Middleborough, formerly of Quincy and Bourne, died on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton.

Born in Quincy, he attended Bourne public schools and Bourne High School.  For many years, a lifetime; Sean was the owner and operator of Old Colony Scrap of Taunton.  A self taught comedian, goofy guy who made everyone laugh with his Elvis impersonations and dad jokes.  He was a charmer, who could sell sand to a beach.  Sean was a selfless man who would give his last shirt off his back to help someone who asked.  He loved to travel, fish, and knew the best food spots in town no matter where he was.  He will be missed.

Sean was the beloved father of Meaghan Sullivan & her husband Bailey of Middleborough and Erin Moore of Middleborough; loving grandfather of Salem Sullivan; cherished son of Brian Moore & his wife Laura of Carver and the late Roberta (Parrish) Zion & her surviving husband Robert Zion of Middleborough; dear brother of Kimberly Fisher of Marion, Daniel Moore of Bourne and Dawn Caldwell of Plymouth.  He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends are welcome to the visitation period at the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak Street, Middleborough, on Friday, May 27, 2022, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service starting at 6:00 PM.

Interment services will be private.
