Scott Joseph Hagerty

Scott Joseph Hagerty, age 54, of Taunton, formerly of Middleborough, died suddenly on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at his home.

Born in Boston, he grew up and attended schools in Middleborough.  For years, Scott was employed as a laborer in the landscaping industry.  In his free time, he loved to walk, swim and clean.  

Scott was the cherished son of Marion (Colby) Fay & her companion Jeffrey Offield of Apple Valley, California and the late Joseph Fay; loving brother of Marion Ortiz & her husband Joseph of Middleborough, John Hagerty of Pocasset and Kirk Hagerty of Middleborough; dear uncle of Jillian Kemp, Joseph Ortiz and great-uncle of Madelynn Kemp, Bentley Kemp and Paisley Kemp; and dear nephew of Linda Colby of Danvers.

Family and friends are welcome to the visiting hours at the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak Street, Middleborough, on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 12:00 NOON to 2:00 PM.

Interment services will be private.
