Michael Joseph Frazier, age 61, of Middleborough, formerly of Lakeville, died at his home surrounded by loved ones, on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
Michael was born in Middleborough and attended public schools there. For many years, he was a self-employed carpenter and worked with his father. Michael enjoyed fishing and was an animal lover who gave special attention to his dogs. He loved spending time with his family, visiting with his children and dining out for a great meal! In his younger years, Michael was a member of the Middleborough Softball Team and the Lakeville Bowling League.
Michael was the beloved son of Joanne (Burr) Frazier of Middleborough & the late Ernest Frazier; loving father of Jennifer Grover & her husband James of Plymouth, Ashley Frazier & her fiancé Timothy Frade of New Bedford, and Andrew Frazier of Plymouth; adoring grandfather of Odin Grover, Lilly Grover and future Joanna Frade; cherished brother of Debra Medeiros & her husband Edward of Middleborough, Steven Frazier of Middleborough, Sandra Crowley of Middleborough, Laurie Ekstrom of Hopkinton, and the late Daniel Frazier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
All are invited to Michael's visiting hours at the Ashley~Drolette Funeral Home, 35 Oak Street, Middleborough, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, from 4:00-8:00 PM.
Family and Friends are welcome to gather at the Ashley~Drolette Funeral Home, Middleborough, on Thursday, July 9, 2026, starting at 10:20 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Isidore Parish, SACRED HEART CHURCH, 340 Centre Street, Middleborough, at 11:00 AM.
Interment Services will be held at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Wood Street, Middleborough, on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
