Marjorie Cleverly

OBITUARY: (MIDDLEBORO) Marjorie E. (Horgan) Cleverly, aged 89, wife of the late Thomas F. Cleverly, died on February, 9, 2016, surrounded by her family after a brief illness. Born in Somerville, MA, on August 31, 1926, to Francis and Jessie Horgan, Marjorie graduated from Somerville High School in 1944 and Bryant and Stratton College in 1946. She was retired from The Middleboro Trust Company and Shawmut Bank, New Bedford. Marjorie leaves behind her brother Robert Horgan and his wife Virginia of Burlington, MA, her sister, Geraldine Coleman of Mashpee, MA, daughter Susan Dellarocco and fiancé Robert Robicheau of Easton, MA, son Thomas J. Cleverly and his wife Nancy Yeatts of Lakeville, MA, and several nieces and a nephew. Marjorie was a member of the Friends of the Lakeville Library, Friends of the Lakeville COA, past member of the Board of Directors of the Lakeville COA and member of the Lakeville Historical Society. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, February 13th from 4-7 pm in the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak St. Middleboro, with a prayer service to be held at 7 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
