Marie D. (Collins) Amato

Marie D. (Collins) Amato, age 82, of Norton, formerly of Randolph, died on Friday, September 24, 2021, at the OakHill Healthcare Nursing Home in Middleborough.

Born in Cambridge, she was the daughter of the late Charles & Dorothy (Howlett) Collins.  Marie loved spending time with her family, especially with all of the grandchildren.  She also liked doing crafts and dancing.

Marie was the loving mother of Debbie Gabriele & her husband Paul of Raynham, Joseph Amato & his wife Sandra of Norton and Frank Amato of Sharon & his late wife Nancy Amato; cherished grandmother of Michele, Felicia, Kimberly, Matthew, Marisa and great-grandmother of Julian, Leo and Owen; dear sister of Michael Collins of East Bridgewater & his late wife Janet Collins and the late Charles Collins; aunt of Michael Collins and Christopher Collins.

There will be NO visiting hours.

Her Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Mary's Catholic Church, 1 Power Street, Norton, on Friday, October 8, 2021, at 11:00 AM.

Interment services will be private.
