Laurie A. (Bradley) Curtin

Laurie A. (Bradley) Curtin, age 52, of Middleborough, died on Friday, June 12, 2026, surrounded by her family, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth.

She was born and grew up in Plymouth, attended public schools and graduated from Plymouth South High School, Class of 1992.  Laurie continued her education at the Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, earning her Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts in 1993.  For several years, she used her culinary talents as a resort chef and then as a chef in various restaurants.  Laurie married Craig, and they started their family by welcoming three daughters.  Once her daughters were older, Laurie started working as a cook in the Middleborough Public Schools' food services department.  She worked for the school system for over 20 years and was currently an Assistant Head Cook.

Laurie loved her two dogs, Sadie and Mazie, doting on them every chance she could!  Laurie believed in doing things now rather than later and enjoying life's good things, such as going to the beach, relaxing, camping, and being involved with the community.  She liked to travel, going anywhere when able.  Laurie and Craig drove around the United States, visiting the various National Parks.  Laurie's energy and spirit live on in the hearts of those who loved her.  She will be missed.

Laurie was the beloved wife of Craig Curtin; loving mother of Ashley Curtin & her husband Dakota Rockwell of Carver, Lindsey Curtin of Middleborough and Lillian Curtin of Middleborough; cherished daughter of Carol (O'Keefe) Bradley & her husband Donald Grassi of Plymouth and the late Richard Bradley; and dear sister of Scott Bradley of Maine.

Family and friends are welcome to Laurie's visiting hours at the Ashley~Drolette Funeral Home, 35 Oak Street, Middleborough, on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 3:00-6:00 PM.

Funeral and Interment Services are private.
