Keith W. Hancock

Keith W. Hancock, age 46, of Middleborough, died unexpectedly on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Saint Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.

Born in Taunton, he grew up in Middleborough, attended public schools and played Little League baseball.  Keith was a graduate of Middleborough High School, Class of 1993, and a graduate of UMass Dartmouth, Class of 1997.  He worked for Dunkin Donuts Corporate Office as a staff accountant as well as the Chamberlain School in Middleborough as an accountant.  In September 2017, Keith established EAST COAST FITNESS in Lakeville, which he owned and operated.  He loved powerlifting and would attend powerlifting meets all over New England.  In his free time, he enjoyed 10-pin bowling and playing a round of golf.

Keith was the beloved husband of Mary (Lucas) Hancock; loving father of Kevin Hancock of Middleborough and Madisyn Hancock of Middleborough; cherished son of Denise (Dionne) Hancock of Middleborough and the late Chester Hancock and the late William Newhall.  He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and best friends, Alex Omand and Glenn Dobson.

Family and friends are invited to the visiting hours at the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak Street, Middleborough, on Thursday, May 13, 2021, from 4:00-8:00 PM.

All are welcome to the funeral at the Ashley Funeral Home, Middleborough, on Friday, May 14, 2021, at 10:00 AM.

A face mask must be worn and social distance rules must be followed at all times.

Interment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Wood Street, Middleborough.
