James Michael Henault, longtime resident of Middleborough, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at the age of 65. He was lovingly called "Jimmy" by his family and friends.
Born in Taunton on April 14, 1956, he was the eldest son of Evelyn (Frazier) Henault and the late Alfred "Jack" Henault. The family moved to Middleborough in 1959, where Jimmy attended Middleborough schools and was a 1975 graduate of Middleborough High School. Jimmy had been retired for the past several years; previously, he held a variety of jobs, from short-order cook to security guard.
Jimmy loved spending time with others and would never miss a family cookout, firepit, or Patriots football party. He had a unique talent of telling endless stories and jokes. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed watching NASCAR with his dad and attending races at Seekonk Speedway with his nephews. Jimmy had an amazing talent of being able to draw any vehicle with absolute precision and detail.
In addition to his mother Evelyn of Middleborough, Jimmy is survived by his sister Joanne Johnson, brother Robert Henault, and sister Dianne Teceno & her husband John, all residing in Middleborough. He was also the brother of the late Brenda DeLongchamps and the late John Henault & his surviving wife Diane, also of Middleborough. He had thirteen nieces and nephews and seven great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom loved their Uncle Jimmy. He is also survived by many dear aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
