OBITUARY: (BOSTON) James C. "Jimbo" Williams Jr., aged 64 years, of Lakeville, died on Saturday, August 10, 2013, at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston. He was the husband of Judith A. (Falconeiri) Williams; they had been married for 41 years. Born in Brockton; son of the late James C. Sr. and Idola Edith (DiCroce) Williams. He was a graduate of Brockton High School, class of 1967, and graduated from Massasoit Community College, Brockton. Jimbo was a craftsman and carpenter at Thayer Academy in Braintree, for 20 years. He attended Sacred Heart Church, Middleboro. He was a member of the American Legion Post #462 and was a life member of the Mitchell Memorial Club. He was an avid saltwater fisherman, with his boat, named the "Idola Rose." He enjoyed working outside with his Kubota and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, three sons; Stephen J. and his wife Laura Williams of Middleboro, John D. Williams, and James C. Williams, both of Lakeville, three sisters; Lucille Mock of Georgia, June Cuquel of Wareham, and Kathleen Lindquist of Halifax, mother-in-law; Cynthia Falconeiri, father-in-law; Ronald Falconeiri, several nieces and nephews. He was brother of the late Carl Fossella. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, August 14th in the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak St Middleboro, from 5-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 15th from the funeral home at 9 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, 340 Centre St Middleboro, at 10 am. Burial will take place in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. In lieu of flowers, donations to: the Brigham and Women's Lung Transplant Division, 75 Francis St. Boston, MA 02115, would be appreciated.
