Obituary

James E. Skaradowski, age 75, of New Smyrna Beach, FL formerly of Middleborough, died peacefully on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the Advent-Health & Hospice in New Smyrna Beach in Florida.

Born in Everett, he was the son of the late Joseph & Laurette (Carreau) Skaradowski.  James enlisted in the US Air Force in 1966 and worked as a weapons mechanic during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1970.  For years, James worked for the Home Depot Stores.  Prior to moving to Florida, he was a member of the VFW Post 611 in Taunton.

James was the dear father of Jason Skaradowski and his family of Mount Juliet, Tennessee and loving brother of Florine Eaton of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Lorraine Mack of Exeter, New Hampshire, Rosalie Newcomb McManus, Regina Cousineau and the late Loretta Bennett, Mary Helen Medeiros, Donald Skaradowski and Walter Skaradowski.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to the Graveside Services at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, 1 Connery Avenue, Bourne, on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 1:15 PM.
