Gerald Marshall Obituary

OBITUARY: (MIDDLEBORO) Gerald M. Marshall, 72, of Middleboro, died on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at home, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Linda L. (Botts) Marshall. Born in Wareham, he was son of the late Clarence M. and Doris M. (Dionne) Marshall. He served in the United States Army. He was a retired corrections officer at M.C.I., Bridgewater, and Norfolk Prisons. He played professional minor league baseball, in Quebec. He was inducted into the Middleboro High School Hall of Fame in 2010, and was a sports enthusiast. He worked at Poquoy Brook Golf Club, Lakeville. Survivors include his wife, Linda; two daughters, Karen M. Marshall Enos and her husband Skeeter of Middleboro, Sheryl L. Marshall of Taunton; a sister, Carolyn Medeiros and her husband Francis of Hendersonville, TN; a grandson, Nikolas Enos; several aunts and cousins, and an uncle. Private arrangements are being handled by the Ashley Funeral Home, Middleboro. Burial with Military Honors will take place in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
