Gail Michaud

OBITUARY: (BROCKTON) Gail A. (Healy) Michaud, aged 79, of Middleboro, died on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Brockton. She was the wife of the late Benoit A. Michaud, who predeceased her on July 17, 2002. She was born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Francis and Dorothy (Barnes) Healy. She brought joy and laughter to everyone as a stay at home mother and a first mate to her husband Ben who was an avid fisherman. She was predeceased by her oldest daughter, Tracy McLarey and her sister Jane (Joyce) Lloyd of Carson City, NV. She is survived by four of her five children; her son, Scott Michaud, of Taunton, her daughters, Kelly Cannon and her husband Barry, Kerri Poh and her husband Jan, all of Bridgewater; Kristen Karlsen and her husband Mark, of Berkley; 4 grandchildren, Joshua Poh and wife Alisa, Blake Cannon, Katie and Kelsi Poh; 5 great-grandchildren, Kaden, Macie, Carter, Grady and Jaxon. She enjoyed her grand dogs, being the life of the party, laughter and talking politics. Private arrangements are being handled by the Ashley Funeral Home, Middleboro.
