Donna Zaifides

OBITUARY: (MIDDLEBORO) Donna Marie Zaifides, 63, of Middleboro, died on Thursday, July 27, 2017, at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton. Born in Bridgewater; daughter of the late Margarite Desneves. Donna had been long time proprietor of the Middleboro Restaurant (Country Cuisine) on the corner of North Main St. and Peirce St. in Middleboro for more than 10 years, before it's closing. She moved to Clearwater, FL, where she spent several years and had been employed with the Public Storage Company in FL. Survivors include her daughter, Candy Damon of Middleboro; two sons, Peter Zaifides Jr. and his fiancé Sasha Dargoltz, both of Middleboro, Timothy Zaifides of Wrentham; a brother, Donald Stowell of St. Petersburg, FL; two sisters, Linda Whittaker of Carver, and Brenda Mattia of Bridgton, ME; two grandchildren, Jake Stephanian and Jordan Damon, both of Middleboro; companion, Francis Cass of Middleboro. Private services are being handled at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by the Ashley Funeral Home.
