Dolores A. (Brier) Mussillo

Dolores Anita (Brier) Mussillo, age 79, of Middleborough, died on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth.

Dolores was born and grew up in Carver, and was the daughter of the late Jacintho Brier & Olive (Purrington) Brier Severance.  She loved the simple things in life; animals, gardening, country music and spending time at the ocean.  Dolores adored her family and cherished time spent with family members.  She was loved and will be missed.

Dolores was the beloved wife of the late John Mussillo; loving mother of Lottie Saunders Oller & her husband Dean of Middleborough, Vicky Saunders Lajeunesse of Florida, Henry Saunders of Texas and Susan Saunders Townsend of Brockton; devoted grandmother of Charles, Lea, and Richard Saunders, Ranie, Rochelle, Kasandra, Jeannette, Alan, Henry, Melissa, the late John and the late Timothy Townsend; great-grandmother of 23; dear sister of Ramona Benson of New Hampshire, Wanita Flynn of Marlborough, Marina Silva of New Bedford and many late siblings.
