Carolyn A. (Ryder) Andrews

Carolyn A. (Ryder) Andrews, age 89, of Middleborough, died on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the Nemasket Healthcare Center in Middleborough.

Born in Middleborough, she was the daughter of the late Gerard & Nellie (Griffith) Ryder.  Carolyn grew up and attended public schools in Middleborough and graduated from Middleborough High School, Class of 1952.  She worked for the Town of Middleborough in the Town Clerk's Office as a receptionist for many years, retiring in 1986.  Carolyn kept busy doing crafts, gardening, sewing and feeding birds.  She loved all animals, especially cats.  Carolyn also enjoyed camping in New Hampshire with family.

Carolyn was the beloved wife of the late Frederick A. Bazinet and the late Roger C. Andrews, Sr.; loving mother of Carol Willame of Fairhaven & her late husband Charles Willame and Patricia Bazinet of Middleborough & her husband John Lyerla and the late Arthur Bazinet; dear grandmother of Sarah Bazinet and Jonathan Correia.  She is also survived by many cousins.

Funeral and Interment Services will be private.
