Ann S. (Motta) Lowe

Ann S. (Motta) Lowe, age 74, of Middleborough, died unexpectedly, on Friday, March 29, 2024, at the Morton Hospital in Taunton.

Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Julius & Mary (Arouca) Motta.  Ann attended public schools and was a graduate of Whitman High School, Class of 1967.  She worked as an Office Manager for Lakeville Family Medicine for over 30 years.  Ann cherished time spent with her family and adored her grandchildren.  She was an avid reader too; Ann read anything and everything!

For 50 years, Ann was the beloved wife to Michael Lowe; loving mother of Julie Creek & her husband Tony of Maine, Erin McGuire & her husband Dan of Bridgewater and Kristin Gibbons & her husband Sean of Middleborough; devoted "Nini" of Nicholas, Avery, Madison, Samantha, Connor, Ailyn and Norah; dear sister of Michael Motta & his wife Annette of Michigan and Kathleen Villano & her husband Wayne of Lakeville.

Family and friends are invited to the visitation period at the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak Street, Middleborough, on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 12:40 PM, followed by a funeral service starting at 12:45 PM.

Interment services at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, 1 Connery Avenue, Bourne, at 2:00 PM.
